Charles “Chuck” Anthony Martini

May 16, 1940 — December 31, 2018

CHARLES “CHUCK” ANTHONY MARTINI (16 MAY 1940 – 31 DECEMBER 2018) Chuck was a cherished son, husband, father, grandfather, friend, and mentor during his lifetime.  His father, Charles and mother, Lillian have since passed but he is survived by his beloved wife Charlotte (Kushman) of 56 years, brother-in-law Robert Kushman, sons Mike (Trudy) and Chris, and grandsons Logan, Conner, and Mason.  Chuck graduated from Cleveland State University in 1962 with a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering and went on to work for Republic Steel for 30 plus years, where he held several technical and supervisor positions before retiring in 2000.  During his “semi” retirement he worked as a Master Tax advisor for H&R Block.  Chuck loved to travel, golf, and spend time with his family.  He was a lifelong fan of Cleveland sports teams, but the Cleveland Browns were always his passion.  His presence will be dearly missed but his spirit will continue to live on in the lives of all he has touched.
