Brother of Bill Shields. Preceded in death by 6 brothers and sisters. Charles passed away Thursday, August 1, 2019, at the age of 79. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage on Tuesday, Aug. 6, at 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12 noon. Memorials may be directed to Mt.
