Clyde M. Franco passed away peacefully on March 24, 2017. He was a beloved husband to Carole A. Franco (Eads) for 30 years. Loving father to Terry (Dale) Magie, Mary Behymer. Cherished grandfather of Josh, Erica, Joey, Seth, Morgan and Kole. Great grandfather to Matthew, Reagan, Allie, Brianna and Josie. Dear brother of Thomas, Eddie and Margie. Clyde was preceded in death by his parents Lou and Helen Franco, brother Jack and two daughters, Pam and Terri.
Clyde was a veteran of the US Army and served in Ft. Eustis, Virginia. He loved fishing, hunting, camping and cooking. Clyde was one of the kindest people you could ever meet. He opened his heart and home to many over the years and those who knew him will miss him deeply. Clyde’s final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that loved him. His faith in God remained strong as he shared “I’m ready to go be with the Lord”
The visitation will take place at The River Church, 5546 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., Tuesday, March 28th from 11am until the Funeral Service at 1pm. Internment following immediately after at Butler County Memorial Park. Following the time at the cemetery, those who wish may join the family back at church for a reception. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart
Association.
