GRIFFIN, Lenvoil R. "Shorty." Beloved husband of the late Glenda Griffin (nee Minix). Dear father of Debbie (Dave) Gould, Vicky Wong, Dave (Lisa) Wong, Catherine (Terry) Cook, Robert (Sheri) Wong, Dennis Griffin and the late David Griffin. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and preceded in death by a granddaughter Lindsey Callahan. Brother of Truman (Patricia) Griffin, Lonnie (Jeannie) Griffin, Cherlene (Bobby) Taylor and the late Thelma Gaines, Delmar Griffin, Flonnie Todd, Leonard Griffin, Jasper Griffin and Wendell Griffin. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at the age of 85. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Saturday, December 16, 2017, from 12 noon until funeral service at 2 pm. Memorials may be made to charity of donor's choice.
