Beloved wife of the late Ben Slaughter and the late James Shanks. Loving mother of Raymond (Jackie) Roy, and Traci (Ron) Brooks. Dear grandmother of Amanda (Duncan) Rogers and Abby Roy. Dear great grandmother of Aubrey Rogers and Logan Rogers. Preceded in death by eight sisters and six brothers. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Dear step-mother of Jimmy (Luvella), Billy (Sharon), and Julie Shanks. Passed away August 4th, 2018. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd., West Chester, OH 45069, on Tuesday (8/7) from 10 AM until time of funeral service at 11 AM. Burial will be held privately.
