Mildred Church (nee Sizemore). Beloved wife of the late Robert A. Church Sr. Loving mother of Barbara A. Smith, Susan L. Rahe, John W. (Nancy) Church and the late Robert A. Church Jr. Also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Passed away June 16, 2018 at the age of 92. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church 8815 E Kemper Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249 from 11 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon. Memorial donations may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or the S.P.C.A.
