Beloved husband of the late Nancy (nee Anderson) Grubbs for over fifty years. Loving father of Sharon (Mickey) Witt. Dear grandfather of Rebecca (Nick) Bate and dear great grandfather of Victoria Bate. He is also survived by numerous loving friends and other family. Samuel was predeceased by thirteen siblings and parents, Eli and Beatrice Grubbs. Samuel went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home - Liberty Twp., 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., OH, on Saturday (2/11) from 9AM until time of funeral service at 11AM.
