Stepfather to Katie, Derrick and Christopher Pettyjohn. Terry worked at Fidelitone. Passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017, at the age of 52. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Thursday from 6:00 pm until funeral service at 7:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
