Tom Foster "Bill" Rakes

Beloved husband of Wilma Rakes (nee Montgomery). Loving father of Terry (Maria) Rakes, Jill "Susan" (the late Jack) Duke, and Mike (Patty) Rakes. Dear grandfather of Patrick, Eric, Ashley, Laura, Tabatha, and Kiersten. Dear great-grandfather of Abby. Brother of Roberta Hourigan, Ted Carpenter, and Helen McCarthy. Preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters and grandson, Joshua Duke. Bill passed away December 28, 2018, at age 87. Visitation will be held at St. Susanna, 616 Reading Rd., Mason, OH 45040, on Wednesday (1/2) from 10 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati and/or the St. Susanna Debt Reduction Fund.
