KIPER, Vera Mae (nee Sell), beloved wife of the late Dennis Kiper. Loving mother of Jim (Beth) Kiper and Ken (Martha) Kiper. Dear grandmother of 7 and great-grandmother of 11. Sister of Marjorie Steele. Passed away June 22, 2018 at the age of 96. Vera and Dennis spent their lives pastoring in the Church of the Nazarene of which Vera was a member for 80 years.
