A great person and even greater personality has left us. Everyone loved Bill. At times it seemed he believed his purpose in life was to others happy. He will be sorely missed by all. I can’t help but think if he could talk to us now he would say “Don’t cry because it’s over, rather smile because it happened!” Rest In peace.

Sharon and Family:
All of Bill's many friends at West Chester Hospital are so deeply saddened with the loss of our friend and that we will no longer share Bill's kind smile, his joyful presence, kindness towards everyone and his passion for helping others. This man so graciously shared the optimism of his struggle and we are forever touched for having known him. Thank you all for sharing him with us and we keep you all in our hearts and prayers. Bill's legacy will be carried on for generations to come. May you have peace and comfort in knowing Bill was loved by so many at West Chester Hospital. Peace Be With You!
