Beloved husband of Barbara Ruth Foster (nee Davisson) for 42 years. Loving father of Ron (Jodi) Hodel and Bob Hodel. Dear grandfather of Lindsay Uchtman, Kalynn Hodel, Evan Hodel, and Amanda Hodel. Dear great grandfather of Blake and Jackson Uchtman, Brooks and Stevie Lynn Wray, and Joseph Hodel. Brother of Steve Foster. Also survived by multiple nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Al passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026. Visitation will be held June 3rd, at Lakota Hill Baptist Church, 6300 Tylersville Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069, from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM.
