Beloved husband of the late Linda "Sue" Rogers. Loving father of Tracy (Tommy) Cecil, Sandy Kohl, and the late Kerrie Fisse. Dear grandfather of Chris Partin, (Kourtney Vaughn), Ryan Kohl, Cassie Cecil, R.J. (Kailynn) Vest, Tyler (Alexis) Kohl, Tye Cecil, Faith Fisse, and Chelsea Raymer. Dear great grandfather of Abigail Partin, Cooper Partin, Madelyn Partin, Ryan Kohl Jr., Tyler Kohl Jr., Grayson Kohl, and Rayna Kohl. Brother of Shirley Robbins, Kenny Rogers, and the late Louise Fields and Ron Rogers. Also survived by many relatives and friends. Passed away October 17, 2023. Visitation will be held at Hodapp Funeral Home, 6410 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., Liberty Twp., OH 45044, on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 11 AM until time of funeral service at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.
