Hayden, Alvin “Gene” Devoted husband of Evelyn Hayden (nee Carter) for 60 years. Loving father of Ann (Tom) Skaleski, Kathy (Frank) Showalter, and Debbie (Chuck) Hoover. Dear grandfather of Laura (David) Humphrey, Brittany Skaleski, Katie Skaleski, Jason Showalter, Rebecca (James) MacIvor, Jordan Hoover, Nathan Hoover, and Morgan Hoover. Beloved brother of Darlene Brown and the late Charles and Robert Hayden. Passed away, June 8, 2011, age 82. Visitation will take place on Monday, June 13th, at First Baptist Church Of Mason, 735 Reading Rd., Mason, from 9:30 am until time of Funeral Service at 11:30 am.
