Tony was born on February 5, 1947 to Joseph and Rose Ploeger (nee O’Brien), in Cincinnati, Ohio. In his spare time, he enjoyed time with his family, whether it was road trips to Myrtle Beach or spending time at the family cabin near Lake Cumberland. There were many memorable times laughing, boating, tubing, and playing cards.
