GRIFFIN, Arthur, beloved husband of Vera Lee Griffin (nee Lairson), father of Debbie (Bill) Lambdin, Kimberly (Philip) Stall, Arthur Lee (Debra) Griffin and the late Karen Macht, grandfather of Shawn and Jason, Kenneth, Justin, Audra, Joshua and Ashley, Lauren, Brandon and 6 great-grandchildren, also survived by a son-in-law, Michael Macht and numerous siblings. Passed Friday, August 19, 2011, age 78. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. until funeral service at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vitas Hospice or American Cancer Society.
