Barbara M. Cummings (nee Gerde). Beloved wife of Terry Cummings. Devoted mother of Tracy (George) Thomas, Amy (Eric) Gurr and Mike (Holly) Cummings. Loving grandmother of Courtney (Chris) Way, Alex Gurr, Amber Thomas, Haleigh Thomas, Emily Gurr, Taylor Thomas, Jared Thomas, Andrew Cummings and Madeline Cummings. Great grandmother of Cameron Way, Cassidy Way, Aniya Hughes, Audrey Gurr and the late Ryleigh Nelson. Sister of Rob Gerde, Nancy Gerde, Patti Gerde and the late Steve Gerde. Preceded in death by her parents Charles and Mary Gerde. Barbara passed away on February 15, 2017 at the age of 69. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at St. John the Evangelist Church 9080 Cincinnati Dayton Rd, West Chester Township, OH 45069 from 11 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 12 noon.
