Barbara Ann Momper

Barbara Momper, 82, a resident of West Chester, Ohio and The Villages, Florida, passed away on July 14, 2025 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born in Cincinnati to the late Raymond and Marie Stevens. Barbara was married to Jerry Momper for 64 years and was the devoted mother of Michael (Cathy), Mark (Caroline), and Tina (Steve) Medl. She was also a cherished grandmother to Eric Momper, Marisa Momper, Matthew Medl, and Nicholas Momper. A passionate golfer, Barbara was a former member of Beckett Ridge Country Club. She was a talented seamstress who created clothing for American Girl and Barbie dolls, and she enjoyed attending craft shows to sell her creations. Additionally, she owned a textile store, The Curtain Rod, which had locations in Forest Park, Kenwood, and White Oak. She also worked for Franklin Savings and Loan in Sharonville. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Saturday, July 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at St. Gabriel Church, located at 48 W. Sharon Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45246. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at noon, and Barbara will be buried at Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of Cincinnati.
