L., beloved husband of Mae Douglas (nee Clements) for 56 years, dear father of Randy (Shelia) Douglas, Kimberly Newton and the late Mike Douglas, father-in-law of Susan Douglas, also survived by 10 grandchildren. 20 great grandchildren and preceded in death by a granddaughter. Suddenly, Monday May 9, 2011, at the age of 79. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Thursday 5-8 p.m. Funeral service Friday 12 noon at the funeral home.
