Kinney (nee Frye) for 56 years, loving father of Timothy (Kimberly) Kinney, devoted grandfather of Ryan and Casey, brother of Jeanette Kinney Passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013, age84. Visitation at Faith Community United Methodist Church, 8230 Cox Rd., West Chester, Thursday from 9:30AM until the funeral service 11AM. Memorials may be made to the church’s Traditional Music Fund.
