Carol M. Murphy

Carol May Murphy, 85, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away on March 13, 2026. Born on May 28, 1940 to Howard and Ethel Elwood in Cincinnati, Ohio. Carol's passion was Jesus, her children, and her grandchildren. She knew someone wherever she went and always took the time to talk with them. Carol loved traveling the world with her husband. They visited many places throughout the US and overseas. They also spent many vacations serving at Habitat for Humanity sites building homes and encouraging those on site. She loved studying God's word and sharing her faith. She is survived by her husband, Jim B. Murphy, their four children-Mark(Ellen) Murphy, Melissa(Boon) Teo, Marcia(Jay) Nichols, Michael(Jennifer) Murphy, twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
