Charles Randall Inlow of Mason, Ohio, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on October 22, 1954, in West Chester, Ohio, Randy lived a life defined by strength, resilience, and deep love for his family.

His parents were Charles Everett and Helena Margaret (Ernst) Inlow. He was preceded in death by his brother Charles Richard Inlow.

Randy was a proud and devoted father to his daughter and son-in law Michelle and Russ Fussnecker, and his son, Charles Scott Inlow. He was also a loving grandfather to Christian and Connor Napier, both of whom lovingly referred to him as “Dude”—a testament to the special bond they shared.

Randy had a deep love of fine art and music. He was a talented artist, expressing his creativity through painting. He enjoyed playing the guitar, a passion that began when he was young and brought peace and happiness to those around him.

Randy will be remembered for his enduring spirit, his quiet strength, and the love he gave so freely to those closest to him. His presence will be deeply missed and forever cherished by his family and all who knew him.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at Hodapp Funeral Home in West Chester, 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd (US 42), West Chester, OH 45069, from 11am until the time of the funeral service beginning at 12 noon.
