MEISTER, Clarissa “Riss” (nee Merkel) age 89 died peacefully on Monday, February 21, 2011. Loving wife of the late Robert H. Meister, dear mother of Audrey (Jerry) Mezur, Bob (Vicky) Meister, George (Cindy Miller) Meister and Kathy (Tim) Mulcare. Grandmother of Brian (Kim) Mezur, Tina (Greg) Gough, Bob (Kristen) Meister, Julie (Scott) Wilson, Stephanie (Brad) Dew, Todd Meister, Shannon (Scott) Constable. Great-grandmother of Tyler, Emily, Tanner, Hunter, Isaac, Mary-Katherine, Austin, Ethan, Tea, Emma, Drew, Max, Hailey, Avarie, Alix, Guy, and the late baby Isaac. Sister of Ann Weber, and the late Herb Merkel, Asella Federle, Joan Weber and Jerome Merkel. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and devoted friends. Resident of Golf Manor and member of Our Mother of Sorrows Church for 62 Years. Active in the Ladies Sodality and volunteer in many Catholic organizations. Mass of the Christian Burial will be Thursday 10 a.m. at Nativity Catholic Church where friends may gather from 9 a.m. until time of the Mass. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
