Cleta May Thompson

Cleta May Thompson (nee Tipton), beloved wife of Luke Thompson for 71 ½ years. Survived by four children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her sister Pauline Taylor. Cleta’s life was devoted to Christ. She was an influential Sunday School teacher and lead many private Bible studies sharing her love of Christ. Cleta passed away Friday, September 11, 2026 at the age of 88. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Hodapp Funeral Home 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42) West Chester, OH 45069 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Immediately following the funeral service burial will take place at Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason, OH. Memorial donations may be made to Anchor of Hope Church in 1235 Settlemire Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036.
