RUTHERFORD, Dale, beloved husband of Kris Rutherford (nee Davies), loving father of Cameron (Jill) Rutherford and Colleen (David) Houston, devoted grandfather of Gavin Rutherford and Cecily Houston. Monday, April 5, 2010, age 61. Memorial visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Friday 6-8 p.m. Memorial service Saturday 10 a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children’s Hospital.
