Nussbaum, David R. Passed away at age 57 on January 16, 2014. Beloved son of the late Ralph E. Nussbaum. Survived by his loving mother Opal N. Nussbaum (nee Fawley) and loving Ex wife, caregiver and best friend Kimberley M. Nussbaum (nee Mintkenbaugh) and many cousins, nieces, nephews and his beloved puppy “Lucy”.
