Deborah Kemper

May 4, 1948 — January 23, 2024

Deborah Ann Kemper (nee Bouchane) survived by husband Geraald (Jerry) Kemper and children daughter Katie Kemper and son Matthew (Matt) Kemper, sister Diane Martin and brother William (Bill) Bouchane and nieces and nephews and grand dogs to Rusty and Silas. She was a caring, loving, and selfless person who would do anything for anybody. She enjoyed going to the park with her "dog park" friends, organizing parties, watching sports (Bengals and Reds) and watching her favorite movies. She especially enjoyed being a dog parent and a dog grandma. She was a great wife, mother, sister and friend to all those who knew her.
