CARTER, Dominique “Carter.” Loving son of Darrell Carter and Tonya Seale. Grandson of Carol, Shirley and John Seale and Donna and Darrell Carter. Brother of Brandy, Devon, Darien, Davionna, Darrell, Alexis, Diamond, Jahpera, Tatiyana and Dei. Also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Passed away suddenly Sunday, April 13, 2014, at the age of 21.
