Also survived by 15 grand and 3 great-grandchildren.Dear brother of David E. Carter. Sunday, February 1, 2009, age 71. Visitation at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cinti-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42), West Chester, Friday, Feb. 6 from 11 a.m. until the funeral service at 1 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Assn.
