HOLMES Dorothy (nee Velure), beloved wife of the late Claude P. Holmes, devoted mother of Kathleen (Robert) Smith, loving grandma of Leanne (Matthew) Blair and Scott (Emily) Smith-O’Reilly, loving Mi Mi of Caroline and Ainsley, dear sister of Jane Velure Warner, also survived by 7 nieces and nephews. Sunday, September 19, 2010, age 85 years. Friends may call at St. Vivian Church, 7600 Winton Rd., Finneytown, Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Dorothy was a life-long nurse and school teacher.
