Biggers, Col. Edgar W. Biggers, Jr., husband of Mardie G Biggers of West Chester, OH. Father of Carolyn B. (Jerry) Norton of Nebraska City, NE, and Robert W. (Cyndee) Biggers of Albuquerque, NM. Grandfather of Ashley M. Biggers and Patrick W. Biggers of Albuquerque. NM. Col. Biggers retired from the Air Force after 32 years. He served in World War II, Korea and Vietnam and received 27 Military decorations, awards and citations. Funeral services will be observed at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions would be appreciated to the Alzheimer’s Association or to Hospice of Cincinnati.
