RAKEL, Edward D., beloved husband and best friend of Bootsie Rakel (nee Dick), dear father of Tamra (James) Harper and Kelly (Shelby) Chaney, also 5 grandchildren, dear brother of Bud (Suzanne) and Robert (Fran) Rakel, and loving step-father of Deborah Bell (Vicky Baker) and Gary Lee Bell (Kim). Sunday, Oct. 17, 2010, age 73. Friends are welcome to attend the memorial service at Good Shepherd Chapel, 8815 E. Kemper Rd., Symmes Twp., Thursday at 12 noon. Memorials may be directed to: Hospice of Cincinnati.
