LeSaint, Edward N. beloved son of the late Thomas and Mary (Ruhl) LeSaint. Brother of Thomas H. LeSaint, Paul W. (JoAnne) LeSaint . Loving Uncle of Maj. Matthew T. (Dr. Jane) LeSaint, Amy (Sgt 1st Class Bryant) Hall, Dr. Maria (Adam) Frazier, Johnathan LeSaint and Dr. Amita Patel. Loving great uncle of Alexis, Abigail, Gabriel Hall, Maxwell and Silas LeSaint, and Anastasia Frazier. Ed passed away on Wed, November 23, 2022 at the age of 58.
Ed was a man who was everyone’s friend. If he met you, he would remember you forever. His smile was infectious, and he brought such Christian joy to our world. He so loved his nieces and nephews. No one was allowed to touch his rocket shuttle, baseball stuff, or anything else except his “kids”.
He was a lifelong member of St. Boniface Church and was a regular at the 4:00 P.M. mass. He loved the Big Six and poker tables at the annual fall festival.
To say Ed was a fan of Cincinnati sports would sell him short. He was fanatical about his home teams. He would listen and watch the Reds games at the same time. Those who grew up around Ed when he was younger could be entertained to the sound of a baseball game going on our porch each evening as Ed would make the game go his way. This meant the Reds always won! So if you wanted to make some money this year bet on the Reds winning the Central as I know Ed is already talking to God about a miracle here.
Not to sell his devotion to the Bengals short, Ed with the help of his nephew in law Adam, attended the Bengals game in England a few years ago. Talking about going the extra mile for your team!
Visitation will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 at St. Boniface Church, 1750 Chase Avenue, 45223 from 10 AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to one of the following organizations that brought joy to Ed’s life:
