McKnight, Eliza Jane (nee Tritt), a resident of Elmwood Place was born February 11, 1935 and has passed away on August 8, 2026. She is preceded in death by her loving husband and best friend Bev “Mac” McKnight who were married for 72 years. Bev and Eliza ran McKnight Ceramics for 3 decades. She is survived by (sister) Betty Mitchell, sons Dana (Sharon), Paul and the late Gary (survived by Mamie) McKnight, her grandchildren Nikki, Joann, Julie, Lisa, Jeff and Shawna, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great- great grandchildren. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Friday, August 14th from 10AM until Funeral Service at 11AM. Interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
