Faye Kelley, age 73, of West Chester, Ohio, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of September 3, 2024, with her husband of 50 years by her side, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Faye was a kind and compassionate soul, always doing whatever she could to help others. To say she was selfless, would be an understatement. In keeping with that altruistic spirit, Faye was perfectly suited for her career as a 911 dispatcher, retiring after 23 years of service to the community. Outside of work, Faye enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking, and gardening, but most of all, Faye enjoyed being a grandmother to her precious granddaughter, Colynn. Faye touched many lives through her kindness, compassion, and generosity of spirit. She was truly an angel among us.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Beatrice; her daughter, Colleen; her sister, Mary; and two brothers, Ken and Jerry. She is survived by her soulmate and husband of 50 years, Michael; her devoted son, Sean (Leslie); her beloved granddaughter, Colynn; her loving brother, Larry (Cindy); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are welcome to join us for mass and a celebration of life at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church 5720 Hamilton Mason Rd., Liberty Township, OH 45011.
