Faye was the proud daughter of Noah and Vatus Gibson, who instilled in her the values of compassion and perseverance. Her life was marked by her role as a sister to Sue Bailey, Phyliss Wallen, Dallin Gibson, Russell Gibson, Ricky Gibson, Larry Gibson, and Gary Gibson. Together, they shared countless memories and adventures, forming an unbreakable bond strengthened through the years.
She was the devoted wife of Charles Roy, whose love remains etched in her heart, and a remarkable mother to her children, Wilma Dell, Carol White and Travis Roy Sr. Faye's spirit resonated in the lives of her grandchildren: Amanda Holt, Katie Gardner, Jessica Meyer, Travis Roy Jr., Jacob Navey, Kirsten Carroll and Larry Holt, each a testament to her loving guidance and support. Faye also experienced the joy of being a grandmother to twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter, who brought her immense joy and pride.
Faye's legacy will be honored during a visitation on February 6, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM at Hodapp Funeral Homes - Carthage located at 7401 Vine St., Cincinnati, OH.
