TINCHER, Frank Lee, former husband of Martha Tincher, father of Lois Decker, Donald Tincher, Melissa (Butch) Bobbitt and Becky Carpenter, also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother of Jess, Bob and Pauline. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Monday from 5 p.m. until funeral service at 8 p.m. Donations to defray funeral expense made in Frank’s name to Hodapp Funeral Home would be appreciated.
