Geneva Barlow

BARLOW, Geneva (nee Phillips), beloved wife of Cline L. Barlow, loving mother of Debbie R.(Tommy) Shepard and Terry K. Barlow, devoted grandmother of Amber Shepard Halderman, Christopher Shepard, Kevin R. Barlow, Rachael Barlow and the late Christina Shepard, great-grandmother of Nathan Andrew Siwicki and Jacob John Halderman, dear sister of Essie Franks and preceded in death by 8 sisters and brothers, also survived by many nieces, nephews and longtime friends. Passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010, age 75. Visitation at West Chester Presbyterian Church, 8930 Cincinnati-Dayton Rd., Saturday, Sept. 4 from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
