Grace E. Sears

SEARS, Grace E. (nee Meyer). Beloved wife of the late Ralph W. Sears. Loving mother of Joseph (Mary) Sears and Stephen Sears. Devoted grandmother of Stephanie (Sean) Moshier, Benjamin (Abi) Sears and Elizabeth Sears. Great grandmother of Carter and Dillon Sears. Dear sister of the late Mildred Stegman and the late Robert, Norbert, Harry and Marvin Meyer. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Passed away July 17th at the age of 96. Grace Attended St. Aloysius School in Elmwood Place and OLA High School. She worked as a bookkeeper for numerous companies. Worked as a volunteer at her parishes as a part-time secretary, CCD teacher, youth ministry worker, and bereavement committee. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Thursday, July28th from 5 PM until 7:30 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. James of the Valley 411 Springfield Pike, Wyoming, Friday, July 29th at 10AM.
