SMITH, HERBERT C., beloved husband of the late Mary Ann Smith, step-father of Robert E. Lewis, Jr., Joyce Ann Buffen, James W. and Clay B. Lewis, brother of Howard Lee Smith and the late Roy H. and Ronald “Lucky” Smith, also survived by 5 step-grandchildren. Sunday, December 26, 2010, age 76.
