SHIVELY, I. Dorothy, beloved wife of the late Carl Shively. Loving mother of Ruth (Ogie) Megie and June (the late Dick) Shively. Sister of Anne McKinney. Best grandma of 3, great-grandmother of 4, and great-great grandmother of 1. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013, age 98. Visitation at the Otterbein Chapel, 585 N. State Route 741, Lebanon, OH 45036, Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crossroads Hospice or to the Otterbein Benevolent Fund.
