Helton, James Edwin, beloved husband of the late A. Louise Helton (nee Durham). Dear father of Edwina Louise (Jeff) Helton Jones, James Anthony Helton, John William Helton and Tamara Lyn (Grant) Buchanan. Grandfather of Jesse Roy Gross, Emily Louise Helton Jones and J. Liam Buchanan. Brother of the late William H. Helton. Son of the late Rev. E. M. and Pearl Helton. Passed away suddenly Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014 at the age of 70. Visitation at Hodapp Funeral Home, Carthage, 7401 Vine St., 45216 on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 7:30 p.m. Burial at Mt. Calvary Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery on Tuesday at 3 p.m. Mr. Helton was a former member of Highland Avenue Baptist Church.
