Obituary

In Loving Memory of Jane Becker

Jane Becker, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, passed away leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and a legacy of love and devotion to her family.

Born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, Jane was the daughter of Ruby Ulch (Urban Masson) and Jessie Moore.

On June 4, 1955, Jane married Philipp Becker, beginning a life together filled with love, family, and many adventures. Together, they raised three children: Philipp Urban Becker (Tona Becker), Denise Ardell Becker, and Jill Ann Becker.

Jane was a devoted homemaker and loving mother who dedicated her life to caring for her family. She lovingly supported her husband throughout his career, embracing each new chapter of their lives and making a warm and welcoming home wherever they went. From Utica and Rochester, Michigan, to Sidney, New York, Joplin, Missouri, and Cincinnati, Ohio, Jane's greatest joy was always the family and memories they built along the way.

Jane's love extended through generations. She was a proud grandmother to five grandchildren: Philipp Becker IV, Shea Burke (Chet Burke), Jenna Becker, Christopher Madden Becker (Lacy Walker Becker), and Jessica Becker. She was also blessed with three great-grandchildren: Carter Catney, Esse Ann Catney, and Zachary Becker.

Above all, Jane will be remembered for the love she gave, the family she nurtured, and the countless ways she made those around her feel at home. Her life was a beautiful reflection of dedication, strength, and the enduring importance of family.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Hodapp Funeral Home, located at 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Road, West Chester Township, Ohio 45069.

Though Jane will be deeply missed, her love will live on through the generations of family she helped shape, the memories they hold dear, and the lasting legacy she leaves behind.
