Jennifer M. Haddox

It is with a heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jennifer Haddox, a beloved mother, daughter, sister companion and cherished friend to all. Born July 13th 1963, Jennifer grew up in Deer Creek, Ohio where her vibrant spirit, beautiful smile, deep compassion began touching lives from an early age.

Jennifer was a nurture by nature -a “Mom to all”- always offering warmth, wisdom, hugs, and un conditional love. Her greatest joy in life was her daughter Jessica Haddox, and Piper girl whom she shared a bond rooted in love, pride and unwavering support.

Jennifer lived with boldness and heart! As little miss Pumpkins Show, she developed a lifelong love for the Pumpkin show and the joy it brought. She had a gift for crocheting, crafting stunning pumpkins, bathing suites, scarf, hats, baby blankets, and so many other handmade treasures that she shared through Vintage crochet love at Traders world. She found happiness in Clearwater, Florida where her beloved cousin Michele once lived. Jennifer loved late night drives, fast cars, pool days and had a deep appreciation of oysters, crab legs, miami vices, playing tennis, spending time with her daughter Jessica, traders world and dancing the night away. Her passions and zest for life were as colorful and soulful as she was.

In 2013 Jennifer began a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. The last 3 years of her life were marked by constant pain, countless 911 calls, er visits, hospital stays, infusions and hydration treatments. The toll was great but Jennifer never stopped fighting and cracking jokes with her favorite nurses and Dr. Crane at the Kenwood infusion center. Her strength was immeasurable, and she gave everything she had fighting bravely until her very last breath.

Jennifer passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones and friends, wrapped in the same love she gave so freely to others. She is survived by her Daughter Jessica Haddox and Jessica’s wife Meredith Haddox, her loving mother Ilo Williams, her brothers Gary and Jeff Dearth and her best companion for over 30 years, Paul Amato. She was preceded in death by her step father, Terry Williams, whom she loved dearly.

Jennifers light will never fade. She taught us how to live fully, give deeply and love endlessly. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to know her.

A celebration of life will be held at 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd., West Chester Township, Ohio 45069. July 12th at 4pm- 6:30pm
