OWENS, Staff Sgt. John J. “Jack,” beloved husband of Bernice Owens for 52 years, dear father of Cynthia Owens Loftus, John Joseph Owens, David Michael Owens and Steven Paul (Heather) Owens, also survived by 11 grandchildren, brother of Ruth Simmons and Agnes Smith. Wednesday, March 18, 2009, age 70. Visitation at The Calvary Church, 11970 Kenn Rd., Springdale, OH 45246, Saturday from 1 p.m. until funeral service at 3 p.m. Mr. Owens worked at Ford Motor Co., Sharonville, for 37 years and retired in 1999.
