FULTZ, Jonathan Edward, Sr., 21, Passed away Oct. 31, 2009 in Mooresville, NC. He was the loving father of Jonathan Edward Fultz, Jr., beloved son of Allison (Steve Hartman) Fultz and Jeffrey (Angela) Fultz, dear brother of William Fultz, Nicolas Justice and Carlee Fultz, grandson of William and Andrea Farwell, James Fultz , preceded in death by grandmother Pamela Fultz and cousin Branden Haunert, and greatly missed by their son’s mother, Danielle Robbins, Nephew of James R. Fultz, Chris Fultz, Michael Farwell, and Tammy Haunert. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cinti-Columbus Rd. (Rt 42), West Chester, OH 45069 Sunday 5-8 p.m. Funeral service at the funeral home Monday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made to the Jonathan Edward Fultz, Jr. Contribution Fund, c/o Bank of America, 368 W.
