PROPES, Joy A. (nee Stone). Beloved wife of the late Richard “Howard” Propes. Dear mother of Gregory H. (Rhonda) Propes, R. Brian (Ronda) Propes and Kay (Terry) O’Brien. Grandmother to Scott (Lisa) Propes, Adam (Jennifer) Propes, Andy Propes and Jacob Propes. Great grandmother to Matthew, Corey, Addison, Jordyn, Mason, Grayson and Lukas. Passed away February 7, 2023 at the age of 81. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Wednesday from 10am until Funeral Service at 11am.
