Juanita Kathryn Stephens, beloved wife of the late Donald Stephens, mother of William Stephens (Mary Lou), Vicky Daniel (Michael), Terry Stephens (Teresa), Carol Puckett (Gary), Mike Stephen and Leslie Ballhaus (Todd). Also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and her sister Gayle Young. She was preceded in death by her sister Jacqueline. Passed away on August 5, 2023 at the age of 93. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 9 at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mason, OH. Memorial donations to Hospice of Cincinnati- Blue Ash.
