KEEGAN, Judy L. (nee Heatherly). Beloved wife of William R. Keegan. Loving mother of Stephanie (Jef) Obert, Jessica Keegan and Ashley Keegan. Devoted grandmother of Samara, Aidan and the late Lillian, Nora and Cecelia. Dear sister of Kathy and Sue. Passed away February 22, 2024 at the age of 66. Visitation will take place at the Hodapp Funeral Home 7401 Vine St., Carthage, Wednesday, February 28th from 5PM until 7PM. Visitation will also take place at St. Cecilia Church 3105 Madison Rd., Oakley, Thursday, February 29th from 10AM until Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to NEC society at www.necsociety.org.
