Katherine Marie Howell

Kathy Howell beloved daughter of the late Wilbur and Helen Howell, sister of the late Teresa Shriver, aunt of David (Lisa) Shriver, Jr., Angie (Rob) Gerrein, Jeff (Linda) Pohlgeers, Kevin Pohlgeers, Amy Pohlgeers and Grandma Kate to five. Retired Registered Nurse from Good Samaritan Hospital, she was employed there since nursing school.

 

She loved classical music and was a generous supporter of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. She enjoyed attending CSO concerts and was very proud to see her nephew, David, graduate and receive his degrees in music.

 

Kate loved spending time with friends and family whether it be travel, cooking, pieta -making parties, fine dining at many Cincinnati restaurants, or sharing the occasional scotch. She was loved very much and will be missed by all who knew her.

Memorial mass of Christian burial at Little Flower Church, 5560 Kirby Avenue, 45239 Friday, January 8, 2020 at 10 AM.
